GnarlyHead Toys is the creative partnership of Jon Pledger and Alex Watkinson, dedicated to designing and producing unique custom art toys. Inspired by the rich tradition of Japanese sofubi (soft vinyl) collectibles, our work focuses primarily on vinyl toys that blend character, craftmanship and imagination.

Using a combination of digital sculpting and traditional hands-on techniques, we develop original creations from concept to finished piece. Our passion lies in exploring the interations between contemporary art, designer toys and collectible culture, resulting in distinctive figures that celebrate creativity and individuality.
